Aleksei Archer and Alex Guarnaschelli

Aleksei Archer is an incredibly versatile and dynamic American actor. She was born in New York. Television stars will be celebrating their birthdays on the 14th of August. 14. The couple was raised in St. Louis and moved rapidly into New York City when she was only two days old. In 1991 she was awarded a bachelor's degree in art from Barnard College. In the same year, she got an entry-level job at the restaurant An American Place for one year. Guarnaschelli started her career in the kitchen in the kitchen watching the mother of her, who was in charge of editing cookbooks try out a wide range of recipes. She started her career with Larry Forgione before working in various Los Angeles, New York and French restaurants. She was appointed chief chef of Butter. Guarnaschelli was a contestant on Food Network's Iron Chef America in 2007. She took on Cat Cora at the Farmers Market Battle of 2007 and won. In addition to her role as a Judge on the show, in 2011 she participated in the show's fourth season wherein she placed third. Additionally, she was eliminated in The Food Network Challenge Ultimate Thanksgiving Feast. She was promoted to sous-chef to Iron chef Geoffrey Zakarian following the 4th season of The Next Iron Chef. She was the host of The Food Network program The Cooking Loft along alongside Alex Guarnaschelli. In this program, she taught a bunch of student chefs on how to create new dishes from scratch.
